How Our Free Analyze Tool Works: From Username to Report in Minutes
Whether you're a creator checking your own performance or a brand vetting a potential partner, our Analyze tool turns a username and platform into a full performance report—no signup, no cost. Here's exactly how it works.
Step 1: Choose Your Platform
On the Analyze page, you first select the platform: Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. Each platform has different usernames and formats:
Instagram: Enter the handle (e.g., @username or username)
YouTube: Enter the channel handle or channel ID
TikTok: Enter the TikTok username
The tool validates the format before submission so you don't lose time on invalid entries.
Step 2: Enter the Account and Your Email
You provide the account username you want to analyze and the email address where you'd like to receive the report. Optionally, you can add a name. We use your email only to send the report—no signup or account required.
Step 3: Submit and Get a Request ID
After you submit, we create an analysis request and return immediately with a request ID. The actual report is generated in the background, so you don't have to wait on the page. This keeps the experience fast even when we're processing many accounts.
Step 4: Report Generation (Behind the Scenes)
Our system fetches public data for the account on the chosen platform. We then compute:
Profile overview: Followers, following, bio, post count, and similar metrics
Engagement metrics: Likes, comments, views (for YouTube and TikTok), and engagement rate
Content performance: Best- and worst-performing posts, latest posts, and posting frequency
Insights and recommendations: Tailored suggestions based on your results
S.M.A.R.T score: A structured score and grade to summarize overall performance
Engagement rate is calculated per platform: Instagram uses followers; YouTube and TikTok use views. Your report reflects the right formula for the platform you chose.
Step 5: Receive Your Report by Email
When the report is ready, we send it to the email you provided. The email contains a link or summary so you can view the full report. You can use it for your own growth or to share with teams and partners.
Platform Support and Fair Use
To keep the tool free and available for everyone, we use rate limits—typically one analysis per device within a set time window (e.g., 48 hours). If you hit the limit, you'll see a clear message and when you can try again. We also use verification (e.g., Turnstile) in production to prevent abuse.
What You Get in the Report
Every report includes:
Account summary (followers, bio, post count, etc.)
Engagement rate and key metrics (likes, comments, views where applicable)
Best- and worst-performing content
Latest posts and performance trends
Insights and personalized recommendations
S.M.A.R.T score and goals
No matter which platform you choose, the structure is consistent so you can compare accounts or track progress over time.
