Brand pays · Creator receives net · Fee from the deal. Payouts are recorded on the platform Gains path after release — not instant bank deposits from Polar.

The brand pays the gross deal amount into platform-held escrow via Polar. That gross is what the brand pays.

Example: $2,500 gross → $299 platform fee → $2,201 creator net. The creator receives net; the fee is not an extra charge on top for the brand.

Creator submits deliverables; brand reviews and approves release. Funds move from Polar hold toward the creator Gains path — not an automated Polar→creator bank payout today.

Open a dispute in-app (chat). If unresolved after 48 hours, an admin reviews. Timing of cash-out to a bank account depends on Gains / payout readiness.
